‘Your voice was so loud during Jonathan’s regime’ – Eedris Abdulkareem calls out Pastor Adeboye

Eedris Abdulkareem, the controversial rapper, has launched a scathing attack on Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, through his latest track ‘Emilokan.’

In one of his verses, he accused Pastor Adeboye of being two-faced, highlighting how he protested against the governance under former President Goodluck Jonathan but is now attributing Nigeria’s issues to spiritual problems under Tinubu.

Abdulkareem urged the pastor to organize a massive protest, similar to the one held during Jonathan’s administration, against President Tinubu’s government.

The seasoned musician emphasized the importance of Pastor Adeboye speaking truth to those in power.

“Where is our paternal figure, Pastor Adeboye? Your voice resonated strongly during Goodluck Jonathan’s tenure. You even committed to orchestrating a million-man march. Now, with hunger and hardship prevalent during the Tinubu administration, you insist that Nigeria is grappling with spiritual challenges,” he passionately delivered in his rap.

“Sir, we require the backing of your million followers to demonstrate against President Tinubu’s leadership, just like you did when President Jonathan was in power. Are your disciples reluctant to take a stand?”

“This glaring hypocrisy needs to be addressed. It is imperative for you to confront those in power because Nigerians are on the brink of starvation.”
