Yetunde Bajomo, emerges as winner of The faSttest shedder, Nigeria’s premier weight loss reality TV Show Season 3

The victor of The Fastest Shedder, Nigeria’s noteworthy weight loss reality TV Show Season 3, is Yetunde Bajomo. Sponsored by Three Crowns milk, the premier weight loss reality TV show concluded on April 18, 2020. Yetunde Bajomo emerged as the winner with the highest % weight loss of 26.6, shedding off 31.6kg and winning the flagship prize of a car. Her weight transformed from 118.8kg at the start of the show to 87.2kg at the end.

The show commenced on January 18, 2020, as a 90-day program for viewers across Nigeria. Ten housemates, also known as Shedders, participated, each with an average weight of 100kg. They underwent supervised conditions in a boot camp, involving daily physical exercise, healthy eating habits, nutrition coaching, mental tasks, and entertaining activities. This aimed to assist them in losing weight and adopt a healthy lifestyle for their overall well-being.

Joy was the first runner-up, losing 23.2kg, while Adaugo emerged as the second runner-up with a % weight loss of 19.9. Adaugo was also the winner of the Three Crowns milk task, earning her a year’s free gym subscription and Three Crowns milk products.
