Vinicius Jr reacts to $1bn offer to leave Real Madrid: “I feel more confident”

Breaking his silence on the speculations surrounding a billion-dollar move to the Middle East, Real Madrid winger Vinicius Junior has finally addressed the rumors.

Rumors have been circulating that Vinicius has received a staggering $1 billion offer from the Saudi Pro League.

Initially not rejecting the offer, the 24-year-old’s decision raised concerns within the Santiago Bernabeu hierarchy.

According to ESPN, Vinicius Jr. has expressed his intention to wait until the end of the season before making any decisions.

If accepted, the contract would make him the highest-paid athlete in the world.

During an interview with CNN Sports, Vinicius shared, “I always strive to compete at the highest level, and every day at Real Madrid, I feel a growing sense of confidence.

He continued, “I have already secured two Champions League titles, and playing alongside teammates who have achieved six – like [Dani] Carvajal, who has also won six – inspires us to push our limits every day, showing that anything is possible with the team we currently have.”
