Urban Living Development Plans to Enhance Lagos Real Estate Market

The commitment of Urban Living Development to redefine the real estate landscape of Lagos has been reaffirmed.

In an announcement made on Wednesday, the firm introduced its latest undertaking, Mega Bungalows, located in the Ketu Epe region of Lagos State.

During a recent open house event, John Oyedepo, the Managing Director of Urban Living Development, revealed the company’s ambition to revolutionize the real estate industry in the state.

Stating their objective to address the housing requirements of Lagos residents by offering contemporary and cost-effective living spaces in strategic locations, he mentioned, “Mega Bungalows is just one of several projects designed to realize this vision.”

Emphasizing the potential significance of the Mega Bungalows project in Lagos’s housing market, the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Olawale Aremu, described it as a primary catalyst for growth.

He pointed out that Mega Bungalows stands to benefit from its close proximity to significant developments like the Lagos State Food Hub and the proposed Lekki-Epe International Airport.

Aremu also highlighted that the Food Hub, expected to generate employment opportunities for over 16,000 individuals, is likely to spur housing demand in the vicinity.
