Twitter User Sparks Controversy over Remarks about Conversations with Uber Drivers

A ‘gender war’ has been ignited on Twitter by a user, captain Arinze, who expressed his discomfort with the way some ladies disrespectfully communicate with Uber drivers.

He pointed out that some ladies talk to Uber drivers without any regard and emphasized that it doesn’t cost anything to show respect towards them.

In his tweet, he said “I cringe at how some ladies talk to Uber drivers. You can be polite and nice. It doesn’t cost much. Why are you being all rude to the guy? Don’t you have a map? Are you not a driver? Stop wasting my time? Drop those sentences. It’s not necessary. Attitude is everything.”

The tweet sparked a heated debate with women condemning the man and sharing their own experiences of disrespectful behavior from cab drivers, while men cited examples of disrespectful behavior towards drivers and urged the ladies to act better.
