Tragically, it is reported that a young girl named Angel Obas took her own life after her mother accused her of theft at their home in Sapele, Delta state.
According to Sapele Oghenek, the girl resided with her mother at Ugberikoko road in the city. On Tuesday, March 17th, the mother allegedly accused her daughter of stealing money kept in their house. In a fit of anger, Angel reportedly consumed a bottle of herbicide.
She was immediately taken to the Delta State University Teaching Hospital in Oghara, Delta state, where she sadly passed away on Friday, March 20th.

Reports reaching us state that a few days ago, a girl known as Angel Obas, who lived at Ugberikoko Road in the vicinity of Otuedor by Uko Road, allegedly ingested a chemical used for killing weeds because her mother accused her of stealing money from their house. Due to her fiery temperament, she resorted to this extreme action on Tuesday. She was rushed to the Teaching Hospital in Oghara where she tragically succumbed yesterday.
