Four individuals have lost their lives and several others sustained injuries due to a driver taking the wrong lane in Sangotedo, Ajah, Lagos State.
It has been reported that three of the deceased were siblings who were in the area to visit their mother when the fatal incident occurred this morning, on April 21.
A distressing video from the accident scene depicts blood splattered on the road and a mangled car hanging on a gutter as a result of the collision.
Witnesses present at the scene can be heard stating that the driver was driving in a “one-way” direction.
