Tragic News: Ashley Mattingly, Former Playboy Playmate, Found Deceased Alongside a Note at Her Texas Residence

Ashley Mattingly, a former Playboy Playmate, has tragically taken her own life following her struggles with substance and alcohol abuse.

Mattingly’s twin siblings, brother Billy, and sister Christy, informed TMZ that she ended her life at her residence in Austin, Texas and left behind a note.

Authorities found Mattingly’s body three days after a friend contacted the Austin Police Department for a welfare check, as they had not heard from her in several days.

Her family revealed that she had been residing in Austin for the last two years and had been battling substance abuse and alcohol addiction before her passing.

‘I love you and will miss you every day,’ expressed Christy Mattingly Deweese on Facebook last Sunday. ‘Fly high, sister. I know you are the most gorgeous angel in heaven!’

Mattingly was widely recognized for being named Playboy’s Miss March in 2011.

In 2012, her ex-boyfriend, former Prison Break star Lane Garrison, faced allegations of domestic battery after a surveillance video captured him slapping her in the face at her Beverly Hills apartment.

Following a two-month stint in jail, Garrison entered a plea of no contest to a charge of domestic battery and received probation, counseling, and a fine.

In 2016, Mattingly was arrested and charged with DUI following an incident where she drove her custom golf cart into four parked cars.
