Tragic Discovery: Lesbian Couple Found Killed and Dismembered While Vacationing (Graphic Images)

Tragedy struck as a married lesbian couple from Texas was subjected to torture and ultimately shot to death, before their bodies were dismembered and abandoned in two separate garbage bags…

The victims, identified as Nohemí Medina Martínez and Yulizsa Ramírez, both 28 years old and residents of El Paso, were discovered on a stretch of Juárez-El Porvenir Road in the Mexican border town of Ciudad Juárez by the Chihuahua State Office of the Attorney General.

Their remains were found about 17 miles apart from each other, in an appalling act of violence that is believed to be motivated by homophobia.

One of the body bags was located in the San Agustín neighborhood, while the other was found at the entrance of the Jesus Carranza village.

According to a report by Mexican newspaper El Diario, the couple was visiting family in Ciudad Juárez, but their family members had last seen them on the Saturday before the tragic discovery.

It remains unclear how long the couple had been in Mexico, although they were Mexican citizens residing in Texas.

The victims had tied the knot in 2021 and were raising three children.

Expressing concern, Karen Arvizo, the director of the Chihuahua Committee for Sexual Diversity, conveyed to DailyMail.com, ‘The concern is that authorities will absolutely do nothing.’

She added, ‘We feel like we are treated like second-class citizens and that we really don’t matter.’

On the subsequent Monday, the authorities in Ciudad Juárez discovered the bodies of two other women at an intersection in the Patria-Zaragoza neighborhood. These women also suffered torture and fatal gunshot wounds, with the identities remaining unknown.

While one victim was pronounced dead at the scene, the other succumbed to their injuries at a local hospital.

The potential connection between these four murders remains undetermined, as the investigation is ongoing.
