Following an attempt to rob a car dealer, the Lagos State Police Command has arrested three individuals: Taiwo Olayinka (30), Azeez Sodiq (33), and Saheed Moonstruck (23).
Addressing a video shared on X.com by an anonymous user known as X_DailyTrends, the Command’s Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the arrest of the suspects who have been detained since the incident.
Efforts are underway to capture the two remaining suspects who managed to flee, while investigations have already commenced.
In response to the video, Hundeyin expressed, “The three suspects, Taiwo Olayinka (30), Azeez Sodiq (33), and Saheed Moonstruck (23), have been in our custody since yesterday, shortly after the incident. Efforts are ongoing to apprehend the remaining individuals who escaped. Investigations have already commenced.”
Hundeyin clarified that the apprehended individuals are suspected of either theft or kidnapping, with the exact nature of their crimes to be determined through the investigation.
