Threatening Video Sent to Friends Shows Masked Man with Crossbow aiming at Queen Elizabeth

A video shared with friends depicts a man making a threat on Queen Elizabeth’s life.

In the video, the man, disguised with a mask, is shown brandishing a crossbow and making an assassination threat against the Queen.

The figure in the video, wearing a white mask and a hoodie, addresses the camera with a distorted voice while holding a shiny black weapon.

He states, “I’m sorry. I’m sorry for what I’ve done and what I will do. I will attempt to assassinate Elizabeth, Queen of the Royal Family.”

He continues, “This is revenge for those who have died in the 1919 Jallianwala Bagh massacre.

“It is also revenge for those who have been killed, humiliated and discriminated against because of their race.

“I’m an Indian Sikh, a Sith. My name was Jaswant Singh Chail, my name is Darth Jones.”

The individual in the mask is suspected to be 19-year-old Jaswant Singh Chail.

The video was sent from Chail’s Snapchat account to friends, just 24 minutes before he was apprehended by armed officers on Christmas Day morning.

Armed police detained him at Windsor Castle on Christmas Day.

He has been placed under the provisions of the Mental Health Act.

He was located 500 meters from the Queen’s private apartments, within the castle grounds.

Chail, known as Jas, was taken into custody while reportedly carrying a crossbow, having scaled a spiked fence with a rope ladder.

Authorities confirmed that they were evaluating the video, which showed a framed picture of the obscure Star Wars character Darth Malgus on the wall behind the masked individual.

The suspect expressed a lack of expectation to survive the intended attack on the Queen.

In a message accompanying the video on Snapchat, the teenager wrote, “I’m sorry to all of those who I have wronged or lied to.

“If you have received this then my death is near. Please share this with whoever and if possible get it to the news if they’re interested.”

The pre-recorded video was uploaded at 8:06 am on Christmas Day.

Armed police apprehended the 19-year-old intruder at 8:30 am after alarms were triggered and he was observed on CCTV.

It was understood that the Metropolitan Police has taken on the investigation due to the suspect’s arrest within the castle grounds and the seriousness of the break-in.

The teenager was committed under the Mental Health Act after medical professionals deemed him unfit to be handled regarding the break-in.

The Queen was having breakfast at the time and was informed of the break-in, along with other members of the Royal Family present at the Castle.
