Amid the Coronavirus pandemic, US President Donald Trump has confirmed the donation of 200 ventilators to Nigeria.
Following a telephone conversation between President Buhari and the US President, the promise to provide ventilators was made.
During a press conference, President Trump assured that his government will be delivering 200 or more ventilators to Nigeria, emphasizing their commitment to fulfilling the need for ventilators.
“I spoke today to Nigeria. They will do anything for ventilators. We are going to send at least two hundred ventilators to Nigeria, probably more than that,” he said.
