Yomi Fabiyi has criticized his former protegee, Bimpe Oyebade, known as Mo Bimpe, in response to her viral interview.
Just a few hours ago, Mo Bimpe responded to Yomi Fabiyi’s statement regarding their alleged intimate relationship. This came after Kemi Filani reported that Yomi Fabiyi revealed what happened between him and the actress.
Yomi Fabiyi expressed his frustration with being wrongly judged in relation to his issues with Mo Bimpe, someone he claimed to have mentored.
The contentious actor disclosed how he encountered the actress, who messaged him while he was about to release a new movie.
Yomi Fabiyi revealed that he crossed paths with Mo Bimpe when he was ready to start shooting his movie in 2016. At the time, Mo Bimpe, who was a youth corps member, expressed interest in acting.
He also recounted their interactions, including how he trained her for the role she played, and how he went out of his way to ensure that prominent Nollywood artists were not put off by her lack of experience.
In what appeared to be a reply, Mo Bimpe wrote on social media that she is currently focused on enjoying herself as she is in her gentle woman phase.
Yomi Fabiyi took notice of this and called out the actress by sharing a video of his graduating students.
In a lengthy caption, Yomi Fabiyi highlighted the tendency of many to destroy the pathway that helps innocent individuals fulfill their destinies.
He also mocked Mo Bimpe for not acknowledging his contributions to her career, stating that there is no excuse for betraying those who have supported you.
He wrote, “You cannot purchase CLASS. You can be anything, but please refrain from being an UNGRATEFUL person.
This pathway is being climbed by many innocent people striving to achieve their destinies. Any attempt to set it ablaze, ruin it, or defame it after utilizing it for selfish purposes will be met with resolute opposition.”
There is no justification for nipping the hand that fed you or obliterating the pathway you once relied on. An association of ungrateful individuals and opportunists will never dominate an industry that flourishes based on a Foundation of Gratitude, a Foundation of Respect, and a Foundation of Talent Discovery.
Keep your expectations and desperation in check. DO NOT SEVER CONNECTIONS. It will haunt and harm you indefinitely. DO NOT DECEIVE, DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE, DO NOT INTENTIONALLY RUIN OTHERS, DO NOT CUT CORNERS. These actions do not lead to a positive outcome. Be admirably desperate, if anything.”
