She took to Twitter to share the news, posting photos proudly displaying her engagement ring following her partner’s proposal. She wrote, “As a trans woman, even dreaming about getting married sounded absolutely ridiculous and impossible to me. Then I met him. And now, I’m entering 2020 as an engaged woman, soon to be a wife. Happy New Year again, everyone.”
