The Generosity of Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin Foundation: Donating Relief Materials Worth 25 Million to Delta State Government

Providing support to the Delta State Government in response to the desperation for food during the lockdown, Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, through his foundation, Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin Foundation (JOFF), has generously donated food and medical supplies.

Donating to mitigate the challenges posed by the Coronavirus (COVID- 19) pandemic and to lessen the economic hardship experienced by the less-privileged in the state, the supplies include a full trailer load of Indomie noodles (3,000 cartoons), 5,000 pieces of alcohol-based hand sanitizers, 3,000 pieces of face masks, 2,050 pieces of hand gloves, and other relief materials worth over 25 million naira.

The donation was received by various dignitaries on behalf of the Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, demonstrating the foundation’s commitment to aiding the state’s residents in these tough times. The JOFF President, Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, emphasized the importance of demonstrating love during this critical period and urged all clergymen to join in supporting the government’s efforts to alleviate the pandemic’s impact.

Expressing their gratitude for this generous gesture, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Local Government Affairs, Hon. Prince Kelly Punahwo, Uvwie Local Government Chairman, Hon. Ramsey Otega Onoyake, and other officials acknowledged the significant support provided by the foundation and called on more clergymen to come forward and assist in combating the virus in the state.

The MD/CEO of Mercy Television Ltd, Snr. Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, popularly known as Owomowomo 1, has also committed to offering over 250 million naira to support citizens and nations affected by the lockdown policy. This is an additional act of love and compassion toward humanity during this challenging period.
