Actress Sonia Ogiri has resurrected her past conflict with Mercy Johnson following the actress’ accusation that a teacher at her daughter’s school was bullying her child due to personal animosity towards her, the mother.
Mercy asserted in a video that she observed an unwarranted disdain from a teacher at her daughter’s school and subsequently discussed it with her husband.
Responding to this, Sonia, who previously alleged in 2019 that Mercy Johnson harbored baseless animosity towards her, remarked that “judgment day” will eventually come for everyone, “one by one”.
In 2019, Sonia had recounted her “unpleasant encounter” with Mercy Johnson, claiming that Mercy held unwarranted animosity towards her. She asserted that Mercy had mistreated her, such as refusing to ride in the same car without cause.
She further alleged that Mercy instructed movie crew members and her friends not to engage with her on set, made derogatory remarks during her performances, and even urged filmmakers not to cast her in movies (read here).
Actress Angela Okorie subsequently commented on the matter, alleging that Mercy treated her in a similar manner, and when confronted, Mercy engaged in “spiritual and physical” warfare against her (read here).
Reflecting on the issue today, Sonia expressed that she was unfairly judged and labeled as envious when she had previously spoken about her experiences with Mercy.
She stated that “a snake will always be a snake” and added: “Don’t do to others what you don’t want them to do to you.”
