The BMW Tupac Shakur was shot dead in is being sold with bullet holes for $1.75m (See Photos)

The BMW that Tupac Shakur was fatally shot in is up for sale, with bullet holes still visible, for a price of $1.75 million. The car, a BMW 750, was the vehicle in which the legendary rapper was gunned down in Las Vegas in 1996. Shakur was a passenger in the car, which was being driven by Suge Knight, a notable record producer, after they had attended a boxing match at a casino.

The shooting occurred when a white Cadillac pulled up alongside their BMW and the assailant opened fire, striking Shakur multiple times. Despite various theories, the killer has never been identified or apprehended. The impounded car was later sold at auction by the Las Vegas Police and has since passed through several collectors.

The current owner of the car will receive documentation verifying its history, including a certificate showing its initial purchase by Knight’s Death Row Records. Suge Knight, the original owner, is currently serving a lengthy jail term for voluntary manslaughter.

Photos of the car, still marked with bullet holes, can be seen below.
