Extending his congratulations, Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, commemorated the 83rd birthday of the former Military President, Gen. Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida.
In a birthday message issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, Bago hailed IBB as a devoted elder statesman, symbolizing dignity and public service, who has served the nation with unwavering dedication.
Bago emphasized that the celebrant has consistently devoted himself to selfless service for the unity, stability, and advancement of the nation, as well as the welfare of its citizens.
The Governor recognized the celebrant’s pursuit of excellence and proficiency, resulting in the successful implementation of numerous policies and programs during his leadership.
Highlighting IBB’s influential presence and role model status among many Nigerians, Bago underlined that reaching the age of 83 is a remarkable blessing from Allah.
