Terrifying moment a 'murder hornet' killed a mouse under one minute

The quick and scary moment when a “murder hornet” took down a mouse in less than a minute has been captured in a video that has recently resurfaced. This seems to be a testimony to the lethal nature of the Asian Hornets.

Named “murder hornets” due to their deadly capabilities, these gigantic hornets have been sighted in the US. Officials in Washington state are urging beekeepers and residents to report any sightings of these hornets but to keep a safe distance. Experts from the Washington State University state that these are the largest hornets globally, and their stings have the potential to be fatal to humans if they are stung multiple times.

These hornets are responsible for around 50 human deaths annually in Japan. An old video has emerged once again, demonstrating the extensive damage that a giant hornet can cause within a short span of time.

The footage depicts a mouse struggling helplessly as the hornet takes its life in under a minute. The two engage in an intense struggle, with the hornet eventually managing to overpower the mouse by repeatedly stinging it until it meets its end. The hornet then flies away.
