Kylie Jenner, the 22-year-old self-made billionaire and makeup mogul, has acquired a breathtaking mansion in Los Angeles for $36.5 million.

 

According to TMZ, the property spans 15,350 square feet and boasts seven bedrooms with a 24/7 guardhouse.

 

 

This “brand new resort-compound on Mapleton drive” is situated in the prestigious Holmby Hills/Beverly Hills/Bel-Air area and is described as “one of the most private and secured properties on the market today.”

 

 

The mansion comes equipped with a chef’s kitchen, an outdoor projection screen, home theater, bars, game rooms, a gym, a stunning pool, a fire pit, and a championship-level sports court featuring pickleball/basketball, as well as two guest apartments.

 

Jenner is also reportedly a co-owner of a $13 million Beverly Hills investment property with her co-parent, Travis Scott, according to People magazine.
