Femi Fani-Kayode, the former Minister of Aviation, has described Yoruba activist, Sunday Igboho, as the most powerful man in South West Nigeria.   FFK who shared his opinion via his social media handle, also mentioned that Igboho is canvassing for the rights of the Yorubas and is only doing the work that God has sent him to do in the world.   His post reads   ''I will say this once for all to hear. Fulani herdsmen: Criminalizing an ethnic group because you don't like Buhari's face is fishing for trouble – Presidential aide, Lauretta Onochie warns

Presidential aide, Lauretta Onochie has waded into the controversy triggered by eviction orders issued to Fulani herdsmen over increased criminal activities in some communities across the country.    Onochie in series of tweets shared on Monday January 25 in reaction to human rights activist Femi Falana's claim of the presidency acting as the 'defenders of herders', insisted that no tribe is free of bad eggs.    The presidential aide who described criminalizing an ethnic group because one does not like Buhari's face as fishing for trouble, also alleged that there's been a devious game of recycling of "issues" under Buhari's administration to the point that those "who benefit from the chaos have not noticed the strides this government has made."   Onochie tweeted;    LET COMMONSENSE...

Femi Fani-Kayode has said it would be dangerous, reckless and counterproductive of the Buhari-led government to arrest Yoruba activist, Sunda Igboho, who gave a quit notice to Fulani herders in the state.   Reports online claim the Inspector General of Police, Adamu Mohammed, ordered the Commissioner of Police in Oyo state, Ngozi Onadeko, to arrest Igboho.   Reacting to this development via his Twitter handle, FFK wrote ''It would be dangerous, reckless & counter productive for Buhari to ARREST or KILL Sunday Igboho. When the Northern youths demanded that Igbos should leave the north no-one was arrested. Why should Sunday be arrested or killed for asking KILLER Fulani herdsmen to leave SW?
