Uche Jombo, a renowned Nollywood actress, has responded to a troll who body-shamed her.   Last Friday, the actress displayed her toned physique in a figure-hugging dress.   She captioned the post with: "The mission is to be the best version of me. I am rooting for you to be the best version of you."   Her colleagues and followers flooded the comment section with appreciative comments, but a troll made a condescending remark about her body.   The troll commented, "This new Uche Jombo, we don't understand. Have you signed a contract with Michelin? I don't understand this new body build."   In response, the mother of one politely replied:   "Working for the body YOU want is always personal, not everyone will understand the process. Yes, I lift."

#EndSARS: Court strikes out suit against Sam Adeyemi, Davido, Falz, BurnaBoy, Aisha Yesufu and others

The High Court in Abuja has dismissed a lawsuit filed by human rights activist Kenechukwu Okeke against Davido, Aisha Yesufu, Pastor Sam Adeyemi, and 47 other celebrities and activists for their involvement in the #EndSARS protests of October 2020. The court also barred the Nigeria Police Force and Okeke from prosecuting the individuals for their roles in the protests. Okeke had filed criminal proceedings against the 50 individuals, alleging that they promoted the #EndSARS protests with the intent to assist in the promotion of an unlawful assembly.
