The discovered corpses, all male, are believed to be those of some of the passengers who were abducted alongside six others on the Wukari-Jalingo road in January. According to reports by Daily Trust, a vigilante group conducting a search for the victims stumbled upon the four bodies, which included the remains of the driver, identified as Adamu Wukari. 103 individuals succumb to Lassa fever as it spreads across 16 states

The recent outbreak of Lassa fever in Nigeria has resulted in the deaths of 103 individuals, as disclosed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Wednesday, February 19.
