The Twitter user, known as @aunty_neme, pointed out the silence surrounding MI Abaga's recent marriage at the age of 40, while the public had plenty to say about the weddings of Mercy Chinwo (32) and Rita Dominic (47). @aunty_neme expressed her frustration, stating: “Nobody seems to have anything to say about M.I getting married at his current “age”. "I was never married" – Nkechi Blessing slams fan who mentioned her amongst women who publicised their marriage on social media

Nkechi Blessing has fired back at an Instagram user who claimed she was previously married. The user commented on a post advising Rita Dominic not to publicize her marriage like "Korra" and "Nkechi Blessing" did. Nkechi responded by denying that she was ever married. This incident comes after Nkechi's split with her ex, Opeyemi David Falegan. Prior to their separation, Nkechi had repeatedly stated that she was married to him. An old video of the actress claiming to be married was circulated along with the response from Nkechi. The Instagram user's comment and Nkechi's response have sparked a lot of attention on social media.
