Lebanese who advertised Nigerian woman for sale has been arrested by the Lebanese government

The Lebanese man who advertised a Nigerian woman for sale on Facebook, has been arrested.   There was outrage when Wael Jerro put up a post  on a Facebook page, ‘Buy and Sell in Lebanon', advertising Busari Peace, 30, with her Nigerian passport.   He put a price tag of $1,000 on the Nigerian woman who is from Oyo State.   It was later revealed that a manhunt has been launched for Wael Jerro. He has now been found and arrested.   The Chairman, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, announced the arrest of Jerro via her Twitter handle on Thursday, April 23. SARS officers disarmed after allegedly breaking into houses in Asaba to seize phones (video)

The attempt of some members of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) to seize phones by allegedly breaking into houses in Bonsaac GRA Asaba, Delta State's capital, resulted in their disarmament on February 8th. Activist Harrison Gwamnishu received distress calls from the residents and, upon the instructions of the Delta State Commissioner of Police, Hafiz Mohammed Inuwa, captured the vehicle number plate of the SARS team. The team, led by one Inspector Cultist, was subsequently disarmed by a police team sent by the police commissioner. A post by Lindaikejiblogofficial on Instagram shared a video of the incident.

Following reports of a man from Nkporo community in Abia shooting and killing his wife during a domestic dispute, enraged residents took matters into their own hands, beating and setting the man ablaze. Shooting at Fashion Show Mall leaves 3 people injured (photos/video)

Three individuals sustained non-life threatening gunshot wounds in a shooting at the Fashion Show Mall on the Las Vegas Strip, according to the Las Vegas police.   On Tuesday night, January 21, the shooting incident was reported around 6:15pm.   Mall employees were informed via text about the incident and were advised to remain in place. The entrances to the mall at Las Vegas Boulevard and Spring Mountain Road were sealed off soon after the report.   Upon arrival, law enforcement found three individuals with non-life threatening gunshot wounds.
