The method for checking the recently released 2024 West African Senior School Certificate Examinations (WASSCE) results has been unveiled by the West African Examinations Council, popularly known as WAEC.
Through its official X page, the examination body made the announcement regarding the results’ publication on Monday.
Here are the detailed steps for students to follow when checking their results:
Online Process for Checking WAEC Results 2024:
– Visit the official WAEC results checker website: WAEC result checker. (https://waecdirect.org)
– Input your 10-digit WAEC Examination Number in the provided field.
– Enter the 4 digits representing your Examination Year (e.g., 2024)
– Choose the Type of Examination
– Provide the e-PIN Voucher Number
– Insert the Personal Identification Number (PIN) from your e-PIN
– Click on Submit and await the results window to appear
Checking WAEC result 2024 via SMS
Step 1: Compose WAECExaminationnumberPIN*Examyear on your mobile device (without spaces).
Step 2: Send the message to 32327
Step 3: You will promptly receive a message containing your WAEC statement of result.
Please be aware that only subscribers of MTN, Glo, and Airtel are able to check their WAEC results using this SMS method.
If you do not receive your WAEC result via SMS, you can go through the process again.
