Rapper Soulja Boy is being sued by Kayla Myers, his former girlfriend, whom he referred to as his “bitter ex-girlfriend,” over allegations of kidnapping and assault.
Kayla has accused the rapper of hitting her head “with a large gun” and threatening her life following a heated argument with one of Soulja’s female assistants after a party at his Malibu home on February 1, 2019.
According to Kayla, she was knocked to the ground when trying to leave around 2 a.m. She further claimed that Soulja Boy arrived at the scene and kicked her in the stomach, struck her head with a firearm, threatened her with it, and then instructed his assistant to take her to the garage, tie her up with duct tape, and make her take a shower.
Kayla also alleged that a male assistant who was present demanded oral sex from her in exchange for her release, to which she complied out of fear for her safety.
“Now get this bitch out of here before I knock her down the stairs,”
When she was about to leave, Soulja Boy allegedly made the remark above. The woman claimed to have suffered three fractured ribs and facial bruises as a result.
Following the incident, Kayla reported Soulja Boy and the assistant to the police, leading to the discovery of a gun at the rapper’s home during a raid. This discovery resulted in Soulja Boy’s imprisonment at L.A. County jail for violating his parole.
It has been reported by TMZ that Kayla is not only suing the rapper for assault, battery, and false imprisonment, but also pursuing legal action against the male assistant for sexual battery.
