Slavia Prague Withdraws Offer for Olayinka’s Transfer Deal

Confirming their decision, Slavia Prague from the Czech Republic announced that they have abandoned plans to bring Peter Olayinka back to the club.

Last summer, the Nigerian player ended his five-year tenure with Slavia Prague after moving to the Serbian club, Red Star Belgrade.

Despite Olayinka’s eagerness to return to his former team, Slavia Prague has now opted out of the deal.

President of Slavia Prague, Jaroslav Tvrdrik, cited the reason for pulling out of the transfer.

Speaking to ifootball, he stated, “We have decided not to proceed with this transfer.”

“In my nine years of experience in football management, I have never encountered a situation where the selling club initially accepted an offer and then retracted it,” Tvrdrik added.
