Singer, Ariana Grande and boyfriend Mikey Foster split after 9-months of dating

Ariana Grande and her boyfriend, Mikey Foster, have called it quits after 9 months of dating. The breakup was confirmed by sources close to the Grammy Award-winning singer and the Social House artist to HollywoodLife. According to an insider, their relationship was enjoyable but was not destined to become very serious.

“Ariana and Mikey were a fling that was fun but it wasn’t ever going to lead into something super serious,” explained the source. “Ariana really liked Mikey, but she wasn’t head over heels over him. They were just enjoying their chemistry and tried to see if it could be more. It ended up not being what they had thought would happen and they are totally cool about it. They had fun and they are friends. No real drama to worry about. Hearts aren’t broken.”

It was reported that Ariana and Mikey had been friends for a long time, with Foster serving as a co-producer on her hits Thank U, Next and 7 Rings. Their romance rumors sparked after they shared a passionate kiss in the music video for “Boyfriend” released in August 2019.

Prior to her relationship with Foster, Ariana Grande ended her brief four-month engagement with SNL’s Pete Davidson in October 2018.
