2face Idibia, the Nigerian music icon, recently paid a visit to the gravesite of his late friend and fellow musician, Sound Sultan, in New Jersey, USA. Sound Sultan had tragically passed away on July 11 after a prolonged battle with a rare form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma called Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL). He was laid to rest in accordance with Islamic customs on the same day.
During his visit, 2Face was accompanied by media personality Emmanuel Ugolee. He also shared a video of the visit on his Instagram. The emotional gesture of 2Face visiting his friend’s grave reflects the deep bond and friendship they shared during Sound Sultan’s lifetime.
