An alarming video has emerged online, revealing the collaboration of thugs and INEC officials in Rivers state to illegally take away ballot boxes from a polling unit.
The video captures a witness expressing dismay as INEC officials at PHALGA ward 20 polling Unit 042 on Saturday, March 18, board police vans to transport the confiscated ballot boxes to an undisclosed location.
