In a bold statement, comedian Oluwaseyitan Aletile, popularly known as Seyi Law, expressed that he does not hold any sympathy for Bola Tinubu’s role as Nigeria’s President.
Seyi Law firmly believes that Tinubu has the potential to lead Nigeria towards improvement by rectifying the challenges left behind by former President Muhammadu Buhari.
Sharing his thoughts on his X handle, the comedian addressed the criticisms directed at Tinubu, attributing them to his support for Buhari’s return to power.
He conveyed, “Dear @officialABAT, I take no regrets in never casting my vote for Buhari. The scrutiny you face today is a consequence of your backing for Buhari’s leadership in Nigeria once more.”
Expressing his stance, Seyi Law added, “Although I believe you have the ability to contribute to Nigeria’s progress, I harbor no pity for your decision to step into this role.”
“Asiwaju, I appreciate your actions in curbing exchange rate exploitation and fuel subsidy. Now, let’s work on implementing more policies that can enhance the lives of our communities,” he continued.
Concluding his message with an urging tone, Seyi Law called upon Tinubu to engage in dialogue with the youth rather than focusing on those fueling protests against him. He emphasized that failure is not an option and extended his blessings for Tinubu and Nigeria.
