Seyi Law is Unfazed by Online Bullying

In a recent interview with Saturday Beats, comedian and actor Oluwaseyitan Lawrence, popularly known as Seyi Law, shared that despite facing continuous online trolling, he remains undisturbed.

He expressed, “Every entertainer relies on their audience, but some individuals seek to control the lives of others, a control one must not yield to. I choose to live on my terms, as long as I do not harm anyone. I find solace in my support for someone (President Bola Tinubu) whom I believe can lead the nation to a better future. Even if my followers diminish to zero, it doesn’t affect me.”

Concerning his new role as the Senior Special Assistant on Entertainment and Tourism to the Governor of Ondo State, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, Law mentioned his goal to help actualize the governor’s vision of enhancing the state’s entertainment and tourism sector.

He explained, “I serve as a catalyst for the governor’s objectives and aim to contribute valuable ideas to the entertainment and tourism industries. Our plan involves encouraging more private sector involvement and utilizing the state’s coastal proximity to Lagos. We also intend to rejuvenate various tourist attractions and host more events that attract people to the state, among other initiatives.”

The comedian also clarified that his appointment was not based on his endorsement of the President, who shares political affiliation with the governor in the All Progressives Congress.
