A follower commented on the post, claiming that high achievers like Arotile are often not celebrated during their lifetime.

We never celebrate them when they are alive. The minute God calls them, they become news for every blog, gossip page, IG post etc. May her gentle soul rest in peace. But I think it’s about time we discuss those Nigerians that have done a good job laying a foundation for themselves and celebrate them. It will motivate the younger generation.

Instead of more visible celebrities on Instagram, the younger generation should see the hard work and perseverance behind success stories. Let’s fight the negative influences on the younger generation.

Rita Dominic responded to the comment, stating;

This is not the right place or time. This is the right place to honor the Late T. Arotile
