Real Madrid Head Coach Backs Vinicius to Clinch Ballon d’Or

Carlo Ancelotti, the coach of Real Madrid, has expressed his support for Vinicius Jr to claim this year’s Ballon d’Or award.

In a recent statement shared on Fabrizio Romano’s X handle, Ancelotti praised all the members of the Real Madrid squad for their outstanding season, singling out the Brazilian talent as his pick for the prestigious accolade.

“In my opinion, Vinicius Jr will emerge as the Ballon d’Or winner. Carvajal also delivered remarkable performances, clinching La Liga, the Champions League, and scoring in the final, in addition to his success at the Euros,” Ancelotti remarked.

“Yet, Vinicius, a gifted and youthful player with a commendable reputation, secured La Liga and the Champions League while netting crucial goals in the final and semi-final matches. He notably scored twice in Munich!”

“Jude had an exceptional season, enjoying triumphs in the Champions League and the league,” Ancelotti added.

“Rodri also showcased his brilliance as a top-tier midfielder, demonstrating great consistency in his performances,” Ancelotti affirmed.
