Reacting to His 66th Career Hat-Trick: Cristiano Ronaldo’s Indifference

In spite of scoring his 66th career hat-trick, Cristiano Ronaldo expressed that he is more concerned about the success of his team rather than personal achievements.

The seasoned Portuguese striker achieved this feat by scoring 52 goals in 52 games this season. His recent performance contributed to Al-Nassr’s 6-0 victory over Al-Wehda in the Saudi Pro League match held at Al-Awwal Stadium on Saturday.

Ronaldo, who is now just 10 goals away from reaching 900 career goals, emphasized the importance of team goals over individual milestones.

During a post-game interview, the 39-year-old stated, “I prioritize the team’s success over scoring hat-tricks.”

When questioned about nearing the milestone of 900 career goals, Ronaldo humbly responded, “I believe that numbers will naturally follow, so I don’t fixate on specific numerical targets.”
