The striker was the hero of Rangers’ 2-1 victory against St. Mirren on Sunday with a crucial goal.
This goal marked Dessers’ 20th successful strike in all competitions for the Gers this season.
Clement commended Dessers for his dedication and hard work since joining Ibrox this season.
