Protester opposing protests has change of heart, speaks out on live TV about hunger and hardship

One protester who initially advocated against protests has made a surprising reversal, expressing sorrow over the widespread hunger and hardship in the nation.

Originally intending to demonstrate against those protesting against hunger and hardship, the protester took to the streets of Abuja but ended up voicing his opposition to bad governance instead. He emphasized the escalating levels of hunger and hardship in the country during a speech to reporters live on AIT.

In his statement, he remarked, “With just N1000, you can’t even afford to drink garri anymore. The situation has become extremely tough for us, and we are here to urge the authorities to acknowledge our plight.”

His shift in stance drew disapproval from some of his fellow anti-protest demonstrators, who intervened and interrupted the interview.

According to NewsNow, protesters demanding an end to bad governance are currently marching towards the Three-Arm zone in the federal capital territory.
