President Buhari has granted a waiver of import duties for medical equipment and supplies, as part of Nigeria’s efforts to reinforce health infrastructure in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Tolu Ogunlesi, the Special Assistant to the president on Digital and New Media, made the announcement on Twitter. This move comes as the country continues its fight against the Coronavirus.
