The two policemen involved in a public fight in an Edo community have been officially dismissed from service following internal disciplinary measures at the Edo State Police Command Headquarters. The officers, identified as F/NO 41112 CPL Ozimende Aidonojie and F/NO 516384 PC Salubi Stephen, were found guilty of their misconduct, which took place in the Ebele community of Igueben local government area.
Their dismissal from the police force was confirmed in a tweet shared on the official handle of the NPF. A post from lindaikejiblogofficial on Instagram also highlighted the incident and the subsequent actions taken.
