Authorities in Ilorin, Kwara State’s capital, have apprehended six individuals who had been sought for their suspected participation in internet fraud. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) carried out the arrests.
The apprehension of Atanda Femi Benjamin, Atoyebi Samson, Olapade Oladimeji Solomon, Amoo Saheed, Lawal Opeyemi Mubarak, and Sadiku Muniru Dolapo took place in close proximity to the state House of Assembly.
The suspects were found in possession of three luxury vehicles, laptops, and mobile phones. They are expected to face legal proceedings in the near future.
