Phone thief arrested in 2017, nabbed again for stealing

The year 2017 saw the arrest of a phone thief who has recently been nabbed again for the same crime. The suspect, Tunde Ajeigbe, is now 27 years old and was apprehended by operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of the Lagos State Police Command. This time, he was caught attempting to snatch an android phone from a passenger of a commercial bus in the 7UP area of the state.

Residents of the community gave chase to the robbers and alerted the RRS operatives under Otedola bridge. Tunde was captured, while his two accomplices managed to escape on a motorcycle. Tunde confessed to the crime and revealed a previous arrest in 2017 for a similar offense.
