Tonto Dikeh celebrates Father’s Day

In a lengthy post on her Instagram page, Tonto praised herself for being a mum and dad to her son, who she shares with ex-husband Olakunle Churchill.

She complimented her son for being a fatherly shoulder to her and for always singing her praises for the fatherly role she provides for him.

Tonto Dikeh wrote, “To myself and My little daddy “Lord King Andre Dikeh. Today is a global day where fathers are not only recognized but celebrated. God has continued to shine his light upon us and our collaboration between myself and King has been a partnership between two dads and you’ve always been there with me through good and bad times. You have continued to show that you’re a good learner with your results in school and I won’t stop demonstrating the values of hard work, dedication, and perseverance.

As much as I am Daddy to you, you have also given me a fatherly shoulder too hence I call you” PAPA”. Thank you Baby for this great collaboration between US and GOD Almighty.

I’ll choose you a million times again if I have to do it all over. You’ve always told me that I’m the best dad in the world and I also want to thank you for making my job as the best dad easy.

Call me Mama de Papa.

Happy Father’s Day to me, all the amazing dads out there, and very Amazing strong women doubling on this job or parenthood. God bless us all”.

Ruby Ojiakor and Junior Pope trade words over her Father’s Day message

Following in Tonto’s footsteps, Ruby Ojiakor also celebrated herself.

Noting how it hasn’t been easy for her, she expressed gratitude to God for everything.

“Happy Father’s Day to me!!! It hasn’t been easy world” Bt in all we give thanks to the Almighty. Thank you Jesus Christ for everything. Her Royal Majesty”.

However, her post didn’t sit well with her senior colleague, Junior Pope who tackled her for celebrating herself on Father’s Day.

“RUBY (father)???? Anyways you are doing a great job”, he wrote.

Reacting to his comment, Ruby Ojiakor questioned why Junior Pope would challenge her role as a father in her daughter’s life especially since he knows what she has been through.

“How can you of all people that know everything I went through and still going through drop this disgusting comment?? I will never do it to you and you know it”.

Replying, Junior Pope reiterated that she can only be a mother to her daughter and never a father.

He stated that someday her daughter would be united with her father as he stressed that there is a difference between being a parent and a father.
