Call for Sanctions Against Jimoh Ibrahim and Olusola Oke for Anti-Party Activities in Ondo State Governorship Race
In the aftermath of the disputed primary elections held on April 20, the Ondo Peoples Assembly (OPA) has demanded strong disciplinary measures against Senator Jimoh Ibrahim and Olusola Oke by the All Progressives Congress (APC).
During a press conference in Akure, the Ondo State capital, the coalition asserted that both candidates, who lost to Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, were engaging in activities that could sow discord within the party.
Speaking at the briefing alongside OPA's publicity secretary Kikelomo Isijola, convener Olufemi Lawson expressed concerns over the relentless efforts of the defeated aspirants to undermine the party and Governor Aiyedatiwa.
