#USvsIran: Iran retaliates by firing two rockets near US Embassy in Baghdad and three at American airbase housing troops
Reports indicate that two rockets were fired near the US Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq on Saturday, in response to Iranian leadership threats to avenge the killing of Iranian commander Qassem Soleimani by a US drone strike ordered by President Donald Trump.
According to Reuters, three more rockets were reportedly fired at the Balad Airbase in Baghdad, Iraq, which houses American troops.
Two out of the three rockets fell inside the base, but no soldier has been reported injured or dead.
