A debate about double standards and the choice to keep pubic hair was ignited after Chidera Eggerue, also known as The Slumflower, shared a photo of her unshaved private parts.   In the photo posted on Twitter, Slumflower was wearing a skimpy bodysuit that did little to conceal her pubic hair, which was visible in the photo.   In her caption, she discussed societal beauty standards and the shaming of women for allowing their body hair to grow.
