The Ban on Sale and Consumption of Beef in Delta Community Following Herdsmen Killings
Following the killing of 10 farmers by suspected herdsmen, a community in Delta State, Uwheru kingdom in Ughelli North local government area has taken the decision to ban the sale and consumption of beef. This decision was revealed by Delta State Commissioner for Education, Professor Patrick Muoboghare, who is also from Uwheru on Saturday, February 22. He stated that it was a simple solution to the herdsmen attack in the community, with the intention of forcing the herdsmen to vacate the Kingdom.
