  The announcement from the Basketball Hall of Fame states that NBA legend Kobe Bryant will be inducted into the Hall of Fame bypassing the usual election process.   According to a statement by Shams Charania of The Athletic on Twitter, Hall of Fame chairman Jerry Colangelo has confirmed the induction of Bryant in the 2020 class, which may also include Tim Duncan and Kevin Garnett.   Kobe Bryant is set to be a first-ballot enshrinement into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame class of 2020.   "Expected to be arguably the most epic class ever with Kobe, Tim Duncan, and Kevin Garnett," HOF chairman Jerry Colangelo says. Lagos state government bans Okadas, tricyles, including Opay, Gokada from operating in parts of the state

The Lagos State Government has made a decision to prohibit the activities of motorcycle riders, popularly known as Okada riders, and tricycle riders in certain areas of the state. Ride hailing services, OPay and GOkada, have also been banned from operating. The ban will be enforced in six Local Government Areas (LGAs), nine Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs), and 10 major highways in the state. According to the State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotoso, the government took these measures in response to the high number of fatal accidents caused by Okada and tricycle operations between 2016 and 2019.
