The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has apprehended six suspected internet fraudsters in Ibadan, Oyo State, with a mini coffin. The suspects, identified as Azeez Adebowale, Toyinsola Bolumole, Ifelowo Ololade, Sonuyi Ayodeji, Folarin Olayinka, and Aluko Olawale, were caught during a raid by EFCC operatives of Oluyole and Alao-Akala estates in the city.
EFCC acting spokesperson, Tony Orilade, revealed that the operatives found various items in possession of the suspects, including four cars, sophisticated phones, and an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) card. One of the suspects, Adebowale, claimed to be utilizing the coffin as a soap rack to hypnotize his victims.
