Actress Lori Loughlin and her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, have made the decision to plead guilty to fraud conspiracy charges related to their involvement in the nationwide college admissions cheating scandal. After being accused of sexually assaulting two teenage sisters, a British teacher named Matthew William Watkin, 37, from Shrewsbury, was arrested in Cambodia. He had been teaching English to children in Siem Reap province for several months prior to his arrest on Wednesday, May 20.   The mother of the two girls, aged 13 and 17, reported to the police on Monday that the English teacher had abused her daughters. The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) has announced that UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson will not undergo a criminal investigation regarding his association with former model and US tech entrepreneur Jennifer Arcuri during his tenure as Mayor of London.   Last September, a UK newspaper exposed Johnson's "close relationship" with Arcuri and alleged that he failed to disclose their association, despite her receiving substantial public business funding from the UK government and participating in official trade trips.   Arcuri's then company, Innotech, received £11,500 ($14,073) from London and Partners, the mayor’s promotional agency, for two events in 2013 and 2014.
